A Few Guidelines…
Thank you for considering a stay with us at our B&B located in the heart of Walla Walla. It is our desire to provide quality and comfortable lodging accommodations for our valued clients. To maintain the comfort of our guests and to help us welcome them effectively, we ask that you consider our policies before making your reservations at the Fat Duck Inn.
Maximum Occupancy: 2 persons(Gadwal & Loon) 4 person (Merganser & Pintail, Widgeon) – Widgeon suite (which is only available with a 3 night minimum booking). $30pp/per night for each additional guest in room that exceeds 2 persons.
Children: Please note we do not allow children under the age of 18 to stay at the Inn unless you book all the rooms for your stay.
Pets: In consideration of all guests we are unable to accept pets of any kind. We thank you for respecting this policy. We will gladly recommend a nearby kennel if you are traveling with your pet.
NO Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is not allowed on the Inn property including within the inn, on the porch or on the patio. You may smoke on the public sidewalk in front of the property. There is an automatic $250 damage charge if you are caught smoking inside the building or on the property.
Deposits: A one night deposit is required to guarantee your room reservation. The balance, due at check in may be paid by cash or credit card. When renting 3 or more rooms, a 100% deposit is required.
Group Policy: If planning to book four or more rooms for the same days please call for more information on transaction processing.
Cancellations: Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival – 100% refund of advance deposit less a $25 cancellation fee per room per night. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – will be charged for the full amount of your stay unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the rebooked portion less a $25 service charge.
Check-in: between 4pm and 6pm. If you plan on arriving after 6pm, please call the Inn at (509) 526-3825 to let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Check-out: 11am on day of departure.
A three night minimum is required during the event weekends (Apr 1 – Dec 13) and during local festivals & holidays.
Access to the Inn is exclusively for guests during their stay.
Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. (or by arrangement) Non-staying guests for breakfast can be accommodated by 48-hour prior notification to Innkeepers. There will be a fee of $20 per individual. For any dietary restrictions please notify at time of booking.
GIFT CARDS OR CERTIFICATES: Please let us know when you make your reservation, either over the phone or online, if you have a gift card or gift certificate. Please also be sure to read any restrictions or expiration dates to be sure it can be redeemed at our Inn for your stay. Gift cards or certificates may not be redeemable, if we cannot verify Fat Duck Inn issued gift certificate number in our system or you do not present the gift card or certificate during your stay.
Incidental Damages: We understand that accidents do happen. Please let us know right away if you accidentally cause damage. We take pride in keeping guest rooms and their contents in great condition. We may ask you to pay for damage that exceeds normal wear and tear.
Use of Personal Information: We use personal information to process your reservation requests, provide confirmation emails, personalize your use of our website, and enable us to improve the products and services we offer. We may occasionally carry out market research and send you details of services and offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, please e-mail
Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe when booking your reservation online. Our SSL software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
