For guest counts over six people, there is a $35 per person/per night charge.
A one-time $60 cleaning fee will be added to each stay. For multi-week stays the fee is $60 weekly. 10.3% lodging tax is added to your total. No refunds will be given for early departures. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Policies:
Reservations may be made with your credit card through our secure on-line reservation system or give us a call toll free at 1 888 526 8718. We accept VISA, MC, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Your credit card will be charged for the total of your stay at the time you make your reservation.
Arrival Information: Upon receipt of payment in full, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you with directions, and personalized door entry code. If your reservation is made less than 2 days in advance, your arrival information will be conveyed by phone.
Cancellations: Refunds will be given for all days reserved (less a $35 cancellation fee) for cancellations received 21 or more days prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 21 days notice, one night's lodging will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Pets: Your well-behaved (quiet & house-trained) pet is welcome. There is a $25 per pet/per night fee. After you have checked out we inspect the house for "accidents". If your pet has done any damage your bankcard will be charged.
